Terms & Conditions
By placing an order on sahz.co.uk, you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions. All payments must be made using your own valid payment method with sufficient funds. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order or account if you breach any of these terms.
Orders
Select your desired products, choose the correct weight/quantity, and add them to your cart. Once complete, select your preferred shipping option and provide a valid billing and shipping address. The billing address must match the payment method details. Please check all information carefully before confirming your order, as addresses cannot be changed once dispatched.
Payments
Payments can be made securely online via PayPal using credit or debit cards. Your order will only be processed after successful payment authorization. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been completed and payment received.
VAT
All product prices include VAT. Customers with a valid EU VAT number may be eligible for VAT exemption. In all other cases, VAT will be charged as per UK regulations.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday–Friday) will usually be processed and shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays. If an item is out of stock, our team will contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative product.
Products
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Packaging or labeling may differ from the images shown, but the product will remain the same. Any props displayed are not included with your order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order on the same day before 12:00pm. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. If shipped, you must accept the delivery and arrange a return if necessary. Refusing delivery is not considered a valid return.
Delivery
We use trusted courier partners for delivery. All orders are sent using a trackable service, and tracking details will be provided by email. Bulk orders (over 225kg) will be shipped via pallet services. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information and manage re-delivery or collection if required. Failure to do so may result in your order being returned, and refunds will only be given if goods are undamaged.
Any disputes regarding delivery will require a formal claim form with full cooperation. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by postal issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return it, and an additional 14 days to send it back. Opened food products are considered perishable and cannot be returned under Consumer Rights regulations. Please contact us before sending any returns. All items must be returned via a trackable service and in suitable packaging. Damaged or untracked returns will not be refunded.
Refunds & Liability
Return shipping costs are covered only if the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Expedited delivery fees are non-refundable. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing once the refund is approved.
Discounts & Subscriptions
Occasionally, we offer discounts through newsletter subscriptions. To receive these, you must confirm your subscription via the verification email. Each code can only be used once per person/company. Abuse of this system (e.g., using multiple email addresses) will result in cancellation of the order and revocation of the discount.
Subscribing and unsubscribing within the same day will automatically cancel your discount and may void your order.
