Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders depend on stock availability. If an item is unavailable when your order is placed, we will inform you and issue a full refund using the same payment method originally used.
2. Delivery Timeframe
We provide different delivery methods such as Standard or Express shipping, each with its own estimated timeframe. These delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the order date. You will receive an estimated delivery date once your order has been shipped.
We aim to dispatch and deliver within 15 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s schedule, delivery location, shipping method selected, and the nature of the products ordered. Some items may arrive in separate parcels.
3. Damaged Items in Transit
If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please notify us immediately at info@sahz.co.uk so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
